Homeschool Playbook · PE + Athletic Dev
First pick your Program — Homeschool K–5 or Homeschool 6–8. They're two separate, age-specific curricula: K–5 builds fundamental movement and games; 6–8 runs sport tactics plus real athletic development (sprint mechanics, plyometrics, strength, and a combine).
Then pick a Unit, a Week (W1–W4), and a Day. Each unit runs four weeks; every week has two 60-minute sessions — Day 1 is PE and Day 2 is Athletic Development. Each session is a full class: warm-up, skill, circuit, game, cool-down. Tap a block to collapse it; check off drills as you run them. Use Grade Band to scale within the program. Eight units × four weeks = the full school year.
Don't know a drill? Any underlined drill name is tappable — it opens the Drill Library (the 📖 button) with a plain-language explanation, how to run it, the coaching cue, a reputable source, and a demo video search. Or open the library any time and search a name.
